Welcome to our charming cottage, perfect for 2-4 people, with a spacious terrace of 40m2 and a beautiful 100 sqm garden. Located in the protected rural area of Saint Lunaire, just 3 km from the city center, the sea, and the stunning beaches of the Emerald Coast (Saint Lunaire, Dinard, Saint Briac sur mer, Lancieux, Saint Malo).Our cottage has been fully renovated in 2015 and offers a comfortable stay with the following features:
- A cozy living room with a fully equipped kitchen, including a sofa bed for 2 people, a flat screen TV, and free WiFi.
- Amenities such as a washing machine, dishwasher, oven, microwave, and induction plate.
- A spacious bedroom with a double bed and a single bed.
- A luxurious bathroom with a Jacuzzi tub and a steam shower.
- Enjoy the outdoors with a large terrace and an enclosed garden.
- Convenient private parking is available.
- Pets are welcome with prior agreement.
For your convenience, we offer end-of-stay cleaning upon request. You can also book for weekends and holidays from March to June, with prices starting from 2 nights at 120 euros and an additional night at 40 euros.
While our cottage is nestled in the countryside, the seaside resort of Saint Lunaire and its beautiful beaches are just 3 kilometers away. A car is essential to explore the surrounding area, including the nearby attractions of Saint Malo (10 minutes), Dinard (5 minutes), Dinan (15 minutes), and even the famous Mont Saint Michel (40 minutes).
