Description for Gite

Le Manoir du Buisson Perron is a stunning 18th century manor house available for rent. The entire property, including the expansive heated swimming pool (open from May to October), beautiful garden, and grounds, can be enjoyed by guests. The name of the house originates from a prestigious equestrian event held by King René d'Anjou in the 15th century, near his Castle of Launay, called Le Pas du Perron. It is also conveniently situated near a forest.

This main house boasts 8 spacious rooms, with 5 bedrooms equipped with baths or showers and all the modern comforts. The house is tastefully furnished with antique pieces throughout. The fully equipped kitchen-dining room is perfect for preparing meals, and a small room is available for laundry facilities.

The large garden spans 2 hectares and features numerous trees, with the swimming pool (12x5 meters) located on a terrace near the house. The center of Saumur is just 5 kilometers away, and there are supermarkets conveniently located within 2 kilometers of the house.

This charming manor house is ideally situated in the heart of the Loire Valley, making it the perfect base for exploring the famous castles of France and the vineyards of the Loire Valley.
