Located near the village of Lauzerte, one of the "Most Beautiful Villages of France," you will be welcomed to this exceptional country barn. With a renovated surface area of 680 m², it features a 4-hectare park, a heated pool with a tropical garden, and inviting green spaces perfect for relaxation. Lauzerte, a medieval city, offers all the necessary shops and amenities. Don't miss the typical market on Wednesday and Saturday mornings, as well as the gourmet markets in July and August.For leisure activities, you can enjoy the on-site pool, fishing, tennis, hiking, horseback riding, skydiving school, golf, and hot air balloon rides.
The property offers various accommodations, including the "Safran" suite with two separate bedrooms (one four-poster bed of 140 cm and three single beds of 90 cm), one bathroom, and a toilet. The "Bambou" suite consists of two bedrooms (one double bed of 140 cm) with an adjoining small attic bedroom (one single bed of 90 cm), air conditioning, one bathroom, and a toilet. Lastly, the "Lilas" room has either two single beds of 90 cm or one king bed of 180x200 cm, one bathroom, and a toilet.

- Well-equipped kitchen of 15m² with a storage area and a dining space of 12m². The kitchen includes 4 induction plates, a hood, a refrigerator with a freezer, a built-in electric oven, a childproof dishwasher, a recessed microwave, and various dishes and appliances.
- Accessible through a 5.4m² corridor are 3 bedrooms:
1. A spacious bedroom of 18.50m² with a double bed (160x200), a bedside cabinet, a chair, and a table.
2. A bedroom of 12m² with two single beds (90x200), shelves, and a bedside library.
3. A room of 22m² with a double bed (140x200), a bedside cabinet, a secretary, and a chair.
- The rental also includes two bathrooms:

Directions
To reach your destination, follow these travel directions: Start by heading towards Lauzerte on the GPS. From there, continue on to Graulat (Auléry), then Toulouse, and finally Cahors. The distance to Cahors is 35km, followed by another 35km, and then 98km to Montauban. From Montauban, proceed to Moissac, which is 25km away. Once you reach Lauzerte, take the D 953 road towards Cahors. Drive for approximately 1 km until you reach the first left turn, which will lead you to the bridge.
