This villa features a spacious kitchen with fitted cupboards, including a cooker hood, 4 electric plates, a coffee maker, and a kettle. Cutlery for 8 people can be easily arranged on the extendable dining table.The living room boasts a cozy fireplace and exposed wooden beams. Through the double-glazed glass door, you can access a large south-facing terrace. For the safety of children, the terrace is enclosed with a glass wall. The garden furniture is strategically placed around the barbecue area.
A corridor leads to the bathroom and two bedrooms with twin beds. One of the bedrooms has a double-glazed picture window that opens up to a pergola facing southeast. The bathroom is well-equipped with two sinks, an electric towel dryer, a shower-bath, and storage drawers. Additionally, there is a tiled worktop between the towel rail and bath, which can be used as a changing table for babies.
The villa is equipped with electric heating for your comfort. The third bedroom, facing west, is furnished with two single beds. There is also a sofa bed in the living room that can accommodate two people.
On the ground floor, you will find a pool area that is secured with wrought iron gates. The pool is surrounded by a large terrace, providing a naturally sheltered and private space. The gates to the pool area are inaccessible to young children for added safety.
The property offers a garage for one car, as well as private parking space for three cars. Please note that there is a separate studio on the garden level, which is occupied by the owner and is independent from the rental part of the villa.
