Extra Night: $40.
A deposit of 30% of the rental price is required upon receipt of the contract.
Check-out time is before 12:00 PM.
The property can be rented for a minimum of one month and a maximum of three months.
Invoices are issued and payable at the beginning of each month.
Monthly contracts are automatically renewed unless a one-month notice is given.

Ground Floor:Welcome to the great living room on the ground floor, which features a fully equipped kitchen including a microwave, fridge, gas hob, dishwasher, coffee maker, toaster, and all necessary dishes and utensils. The living room also includes comfortable armchairs, a coffee table, a dining table with chairs, a dresser, and a TV for your entertainment. Additionally, there is a small adjoining room with a toilet (equipped with a mill) and a sink, providing convenient storage space.
First Floor:
As you ascend to the first floor, you will find a charming mezzanine area and a bedroom with a comfortable 140-sized bed and a spacious dressing area. For your convenience, there is a bathroom equipped with a shower, basin, and toilet, as well as a washing machine to cater to your laundry needs.
