Located on the 4th floor of a charming old building on Rue Saint Denis, this 60m² (650 sq. ft.) apartment offers a contemporary living space with high ceilings. It is fully furnished, equipped with all necessary appliances, and exquisitely decorated. Sheets and towels are provided for your convenience.The dining room features custom-built bookshelves, a sleek glass dining table, and six comfortable chairs. In the living room, you will find two sofas, including one that can be converted into a real double bed. Additionally, there is a desk and chair, a coffee table, a TV/DVD setup, and wireless internet access.
The kitchen is fully equipped with a sink, ceramic hob, oven, separate fridge/freezer, dishwasher, microwave, toaster, dinnerware, and basic ingredients. In the bathroom, you can enjoy a relaxing bath or shower, and make use of the sink, shelves, hairdryer, and provided towels.
The bedroom includes a spacious double bed and a wardrobe for your storage needs. An additional bed is available in the living room.
The toilet is conveniently separate from the bathroom, offering added privacy.
