This is a charming farmhouse, showcasing the traditional features of old Lotoise farms. It is peacefully situated in the countryside of northwest Lot, surrounded by lush greenery. Just 4 km away, you will find Lacapelle-Marival, a picturesque town with a range of shops and a 13th-century castle. There are plenty of attractions in the vicinity, including Rocamadour, Padirac, St Cirq Lapopie, the beautiful valleys of Lot and Dordogne, a nearby lake, and a zoo.

The house itself underwent renovations in 2005, carefully preserving its original character. It maintains the allure of the bygone era with its buildings arranged around a charming courtyard, complete with a stone trough where cattle used to drink before returning to the barn. Additionally, the barn and bread oven have been restored.

On the ground floor, there is a courtyard with garden furniture and a barbecue, while the upper level is home to the pool.
