The room is available for nightly rental, and guests are kindly requested to vacate the room by 12:00 pm. The room can accommodate up to 2 people.
To confirm a reservation, guests are required to submit the lease agreement and make a deposit payment of 50% of the total amount.
Linen is provided for guests, including a pair of sheets and towels.
For relaxation purposes, guests can access the nearby relaxation area by reservation, starting from 5:30 pm.

Flat Description:This flat has a total area of 42 m2. It is equipped with a kitchen sink, dishwasher, microwave, stove with oven, 1 electric hotplate, and 3 gas burners. There is also a TV in the flat.
The room includes 1 double bed, 1 single bed (which can also serve as a sofa), 1 tablet, 2 nightstands, 1 armoire, 1 wardrobe, and 1 chair.
The bathroom is equipped with a shower, sink, and toilet.
Leasing dates are from Saturday 15 am to Saturday 10 am. There is a possibility to rent the room furnished, but only under the conditions of the guest room.
The flat can accommodate a maximum of 2 persons (with an extra bed of 90 cm available for 1 child).
To make a reservation, please submit the lease and make a payment of a 50% deposit of the total amount. The reservation will be confirmed upon receipt of the lease and payment.
Upon arrival and departure, the status of the flat will be checked. The apartment must be left clean, and any damage to the premises or equipment will be repaired at your expense.
Keys will be provided upon a security deposit equal to the rental price, which will be returned upon departure if no damage is found.
For an additional fee of 31 euros, an end-of-stay household service can be arranged.
Linen supply is also available at an additional cost. A pair of sheets costs 4 euros, and 2 towels per person cost 3 euros.
There is a relaxation area located in a neighboring house, which can be accessed by reservation starting from 17:30.
