Description for Gite

This 35 m2 gite is perfect for a couple's retreat. It features a cozy living room with a comfortable sofa bed, a well-equipped kitchenette including a dishwasher, washing machine, dryer, and refrigerator, as well as complimentary WIFI. Upstairs, you'll find a spacious master suite with a private bathroom and a separate toilet.

Guests are welcome to relax in the garden and take a refreshing dip in the swimming pool available at the guest house. To ensure a stress-free start to your vacation, the bed will be made upon your arrival.

Check-in is between 5 p.m. and 7 p.m., and check-out is no later than 9 a.m. Rest assured that bathroom linen, bed linen, end-of-stay cleaning, and tourist tax are all included in the price for your convenience.

To reach our guest house, you can take the train. Niort train station is located 15 kilometers away.

If you prefer traveling by train, it will take you approximately 1 hour and 50 minutes to reach PARIS MONTPARNASSE from our location using the TGV.

For those who prefer driving, you can take the A83 and exit at n°10 towards PARTHENAY.

Alternatively, if you choose to fly, the airports of La Rochelle and Poitiers are both approximately 1 hour away from our guest house.
