Situated in the heart of the Armorique Regional Natural Park, the area is well-known for fishing, hunting, hiking, mountain biking, folklore, and dance. A Greenway is conveniently located 2km away. Local shops and restaurants can be found nearby. The house is ideally situated between the Arrée Mountains, Huelgoat, and Morlaix.

Located in a quiet village of Scrignac, the house consists of a kitchen, living room, and bathroom with a walk-in shower and toilet on the ground floor. The mezzanine, with a ceiling height of 1.86m, features a double bed for 2 people. The house is equipped with electric heating, a washing machine, TV, DVD player, and microwave. The enclosed terrace provides a space for relaxation with outdoor furniture, deck chairs, and a barbecue. Bed sheets are included.
