The accommodation includes the following facilities:

First floor:
- 5 bedrooms, each equipped with a washbasin.
- 3 bedrooms with 1 double bed each.
- 1 bedroom with 2 single beds.
- 1 bedroom with 2 single beds and 1 bunk bed.
- There are 2 shared showers and 2 shared toilets for the 5 bedrooms.

Ground floor:
- 1 toilet.
- 1 fully equipped kitchen, a dining room with a beautiful view of Mont Blanc, and a cozy lounge area.
- Wi-Fi is available throughout the entire house.

Please note that pets are not allowed in the accommodation, and smoking is strictly prohibited.

Directions

To reach Passy, take the A40 highway and exit at 21 Passy. Once you exit, continue following the signs for Passy, which is the chief town. If you are coming from the capital, follow the D13 road towards Sallanches. You will find the path of Regards 800 meters ahead on the left side.
