Nestled within a wooded and secure area, Villa Peyrolas boasts four spacious bedrooms, comfortably accommodating up to nine guests. With two fully equipped bathrooms, including both a shower and a bath, you will have all the necessary amenities for a relaxing stay. The villa also features a well-equipped kitchen, perfect for preparing delicious meals, as well as two sun terraces and a spacious living room to unwind and enjoy the serene surroundings. Adjacent to the inviting 5mX11m pool, you will find a traditional Provencal-style barbecue, ideal for hosting memorable outdoor gatherings. For families traveling with young children, Villa Peyrolas provides two cots and high chairs to ensure the utmost comfort. The pool is heated and securely enclosed, offering a safe and enjoyable environment for all guests. From mid-April to late October, you can take advantage of the heated pool and indulge in refreshing swims. Welcome to our stunning Villa, available for year-round stays. This spacious 170 sqm property is conveniently located on one level, providing easy access to two expansive shaded terraces. Enjoy the beautiful views of the Rhone Valley, vineyards, Mont Ventoux, and the Alpilles from the comfort of your own private oasis.

The villa boasts a magnificent 11m x 5m heated and secure pool, ensuring a relaxing and enjoyable swim. The pool area also features a traditional Provencal-style barbecue, perfect for savoring a refreshing drink or having a delightful dinner before or after a fun-filled game of bowling.

Situated on a 1200 sqm plot, our villa offers a variety of delightful features. Enjoy the beauty of flowering trees, olive trees, lavender, and aromatic plants. Additionally, there is a large area available for ball games, providing endless entertainment for all ages.

Inside the villa, you will find a fully equipped kitchen with modern amenities such as a dishwasher, oven, microwave, and various kitchen appliances. The dining and relaxation area features a cozy fireplace, a television, and a Blu-Ray/DVD player for your entertainment.

The villa offers a total of four bedrooms. Two bedrooms are furnished with comfortable double beds (160x200), while two other bedrooms provide two single beds (90x200) each. Additionally, there is a room available with three single beds (90x200), equipped with a television, DVD player, and Playstation 2 (with 16 sets available). For families with infants, we also provide two cots with foam mattresses that are dust mite resistant.

In terms of bathrooms, the villa offers a serene bathroom with a bath and shower, as well as another bathroom with a shower and toilet. Additionally, there is a separate toilet for added convenience. A laundry room equipped with a washing machine, freezer, and refrigerator is also available for your use.

The spacious living and dining area is furnished with a television, Blu-Ray/DVD player, fireplace, sofa, and armchairs, providing a comfortable space for relaxation and entertainment.
