This charming residence is situated in the heart of the village of Minihic, on the edges of Rance, in the beautiful Emerald Coast. With its large landscaped garden, complete with garden furniture and sunbathing areas, this location offers a peaceful and relaxing environment. The residence is ideally positioned for exploring the surrounding areas of Dinard, Dinan, and Saint Malo. You can easily access the picturesque walkway that borders the Rance (GR34).

The bedroom, located on the first floor, is a delightful and cozy space with a four-ears charm rating. On the ground floor, there is a comfortable lounge area. The shower room includes a toilet. Laurence and Christophe, the hosts, will serve you a delicious breakfast in the dining room with a cozy fireplace during the winter months. In the summer, you can enjoy your breakfast in the garden. The breakfast menu includes a variety of homemade products, such as pancakes. Additionally, there is a library available for guests to enjoy some reading and relaxation.

hôtes très agréables, à l'écoute. Chambre très belle, bonne literie, grande salle d'eau. Un petit déjeuner copieux et de très bons produits, (merci pour les crêpes). Joli parc pour se poser. A refaire sans hésitation
