Welcome to our beautiful Provencal-style villa, perfect for a group of 8-12 people (ideal for 8 people). With the possibility of accommodating up to 14 people with the optional dungeon valleys, this spacious villa offers flexibility for larger groups.Situated on a 5000 sqm plot of land, the villa boasts a private swimming pool and a crown pavilion wooden appetizer area. The villa is bathed in natural light and surrounded by wilderness, providing a tranquil and picturesque setting.
The villa features four bedrooms, making it ideal for families or groups of friends. Additionally, there are two bathrooms (indoor and outdoor) and two separate toilets for your convenience.
The lounge area is spacious, with tiled floors and a flat-screen TV. The fully equipped kitchen includes a dishwasher, oven, microwave, refrigerator, freezer, coffee maker, kettle, toaster, and washing machine.
Outside, the villa offers a beautiful terrace overlooking the pool, perfect for relaxing and enjoying the sunshine. The pool itself is 10m x 5m, with stairs for easy access and a depth ranging from 0.50m to 2m. Eight sunbeds are provided for your comfort.
For those who enjoy outdoor activities, the villa is surrounded by nature and countryside, offering plenty of opportunities for hiking and walks. Fayence, located in Provence Alpes Côte d'Azur, is also close to the Verdon Gorges, the sea, and the mountains, making it an ideal base for exploring the region.
