Our pricing structure is designed to accommodate families of three or more. We offer reduced rates during the off-season for families with at least one child, honeymooners, and travelers exploring the world. Our accommodations include cots with bedding and high tables for meals, as well as bikes with child seats.

For parties of one to two individuals:
During the low season (January, February, March, November, and December 15), our best rate, including VAT, is 10,800 XPF (90.5 €) per night for one to two people (equivalent to 5,400 XPF or 53.63 € per person, with one person paying the fixed price of 10,800 XPF).
During the high season (April to October), the VAT rate is 12,800 XPF (107.26 €) per night for one to two people (equivalent to 6,400 XPF or 50.28 € per person, with one person paying the fixed price of 12,800 XPF).
Stays of one to two days throughout the year are charged at the full rate of 12,800 XPF TTC (107.26 €) per night for one to two people (equivalent to 6,400 XPF or 50.28 € per person, with one person paying the package price of 12,800 XPF).

- Explore the island with ease using our specially designed 4x4 vehicle.

Additionally, we have partnered with a nearby catering service known for its hospitality, environment, and quality. Meals and breakfasts can be delivered directly to your beachfront terrace free of charge.

Your bungalow comes equipped with a full kitchen, an outdoor dining terrace, and a shaded barbecue area. We are happy to stock your fridge with groceries from your provided shopping list. The cost of the groceries will be charged at the store's prices, along with a fee of 800 XPF (or 6.7 €).

In close proximity to the residence, you'll find a beachside snack bar called "Mimi" that operates daily until 3:00 PM. While the menu is limited, the food is delicious, filling, and reasonably priced. In the nearby village, you can also find a small bakery and a restaurant with prices ranging from 1,200 to 1,800 XPF (10 to 15 €) per person. Additionally, there is a pizzeria that charges 200 XPF (1.68 €) per order. The distance to these establishments is approximately 3.5 to 4 km, or 2 km if you take a more adventurous route with a unique viewpoint.

Through our partnerships with other guesthouses and restaurants, we can recommend other beautiful sites for lunch or dinner, particularly on the surrounding islets. Please note that availability is subject to reservation made 48 to 72 hours in advance.

A limited menu is available for weekend stays, featuring a selection of dishes for Saturday and Sunday nights.

Conveniently located on the island, our residence offers great freedom of movement, allowing you to easily explore nearby areas on foot.

Throughout your stay, our manager Lai will be available to provide information, recommendations, and assistance with all services and any small everyday issues you may encounter.

Private Accommodation:
Our large beach fare offers 72m2 of space, with optional air-conditioned bedrooms available. The fare features windows with mosquito nets, a bathroom with hot water, a fully equipped kitchen (including a cooker, hob, microwave, coffeemaker, toaster, electric kettle, fridge/freezer, and dishes), a television, a DVD player, board games, books, and DVDs. Linens and beach towels are provided, and the fare offers high-speed internet access, a mobile phone recharge card, and a free telephone contact for hotel restaurants, diving services, healthcare, and other necessities. The fare also includes electricity 24/7, a terrace with a sunset view, an outdoor shower for easy beach access, a BBQ area, daily cleaning service (except on Sundays), and laundry facilities. We also provide baby equipment, including two cots, two high chairs, and two bicycles with child seats.

Leisure facilities and free activities included in your accommodation package:
Enjoy the use of kayaks, bicycles for both adults and children, beach volleyball equipment, bocce, beach pails and accessories for young children, and beach and sea chairs. You can also participate in activities such as crab hunting, fishing with nets, bird feeding, and spotting white morays. We offer guided hikes to mapped locations on the island and provide access to the neighboring islet in front of the residence. Snorkeling is available 150 meters to the right of the residence, and there is a kite surfing spot 100 meters to the left. Our beach, located in front of your fare, offers excellent safety for children while swimming.

(2) Stays longer than one week are eligible for additional free equipment, excluding the Hobie Cat 16.

Additional facilities and fees:
To contribute to the maintenance of our facilities, we charge the following fees: 5,000 XPF (41.9 €) for the use of a catamaran (Hobie 16) restricted to experienced HC 16 sailors who can set it up, 2,000 XPF (16.76 €) per half day for sailboards, 1,000 XPF (8.38 €) per day for fishing equipment (rods, reels, nets, spearfishing gear), and 500 XPF (4.19 €) per stay for masks, snorkels, fins, and beach shoes (in standard sizes).

Directions

To travel from Papeete, Tahiti to Maupiti Island, you will need to take a flight. Upon arrival on the island, there is a transfer package available for 1000 CFP francs or 8.38 € per person. Children between the ages of 2 and 12 receive a half-price discount, while babies travel for free. This fee will be paid when you depart.

If you arrive at the airport, you will be on a small islet called a motu. To reach the main village, you can take a shuttle boat for 500 XPF (€ 4.19) per adult and 300 XPF (€ 2.51) per child. Lai, the manager, will welcome you at Maupiti Residence with a traditional Polynesian greeting, including a flower wreath.
