Welcome to the Rosmarino apartment! As you step through the antique chestnut door on the ground floor, you will find yourself in a charming living/dining room spanning 30 m2. This space features a large table that can comfortably seat up to 8 people, as well as a sofa bed that can accommodate 2 additional guests. Adjacent to the living/dining room is a tiled bathroom equipped with a shower, WC, bidet, and washbasin, offering convenience and comfort in a compact 5 m2 area.
