The recently renovated stone house offers two separate apartments, each measuring 45 m2. Each apartment has its own terrace and garden access, providing complete independence. The secure swimming pool, measuring 8.5 m X 4.1 m and with a depth ranging from 1.1 m to 2 m, is shared exclusively between the two apartments, as is the parking area. The pool's water is saline, treated with salt to maintain a salinity of 3 grams per liter, providing a pleasant bathing experience that is ten times less salty than the sea.
