The homeowners, Fabien Saey and Jean Luc Dufrenne, who are deeply committed to their community, reside on the ground and 1st floors.

Breakfast is served in a stunning room on the second floor, boasting a fantastic view of the street's facades. This room is also available for guests to relax, read, and gather useful recommendations for exploring the city, with city maps and guidebooks readily available.

The spacious rooms are fully equipped with internet, WiFi, large LCD TVs, cable TV, and a selection of English and international channels. Each room has its own private bathroom. All rooms are located on the upper floors of the house, ensuring guests have private access.
