There is a comfortable residence available for you in Quillan, located in the Aude region and less than an hour's drive south of Carcassonne. Apartment Bella Vista is conveniently situated just a 5-minute walk from the town center. It offers a separate entrance and a spacious south-facing terrace that spans the width of the apartment, providing a breathtaking panoramic view of the valley and surrounding mountains. The terrace also features a brick barbecue for your enjoyment.Bella Vista is situated against a hill, overlooking the town, and is conveniently located near a small railway that allows a one-carriage train to pass three times a day to and from Carcassonne.
The gîte, which is an 80m2 apartment on the 2nd floor, offers all the necessary amenities for a comfortable stay. The fully equipped kitchen includes a large fridge, microwave, 5-burner gas cooker, gas oven, coffee maker, and kettle. The living room is furnished with a dining table, sitting area, TV, CD player, and a selection of books and reviews.
There are two bedrooms, each equipped with two single beds and supplied with linen and towels. The spacious bathroom features two sinks, a bath, and a walk-in shower, with a separate toilet. A washing machine is also available for your convenience.
In addition to the apartment, there is a large garage and parking space in front of the house.
