Restored with great care in 2009, our gite seamlessly combines modern comforts with the original ancient charm of the house.

The house comfortably accommodates up to four people. Its windows open onto a peaceful interior courtyard, away from the bustling noise of the street during the summer months. The beds are exceptionally comfortable, with a 160 cm wide double bed in the upstairs bedroom and two foldouts in the living room suitable for adults or children.

In the well-equipped kitchen, you will find everything you need to enjoy complete culinary independence, including dishes, cutlery, a hotplate, oven, refrigerator, and coffee maker. However, if you prefer dining out, there are plenty of restaurants in the vicinity of rue Trivalle.

For a leisurely breakfast, we provide all the essentials such as coffee, tea, milk, chocolate, cereal, biscottes, sliced bread, jams, and fruit juices.

We have carefully furnished and decorated the house to create a relaxing and welcoming atmosphere, ensuring that you feel ready to explore the enchanting medieval city of Carcassonne.

The location of the house is ideal, as it is only a five-minute walk from the ramparts of the cité. Directions

The Chat Botté house is located at 94 rue Trivalle in Carcassonne.

You will be at the base of the Cité Médiévale ramparts and just a ten-minute walk away from the downtown city center of Carcassonne.
It takes approximately fifteen minutes by taxi to reach the Chat Botté house from the airport.
From the train station, it is a ten-minute walk to reach our location.
If you are arriving by car, our house is only five minutes away from the highway exit.
