Like cats and Christine Jacques Bavard, we have had many lives! Our website is a place for endless consultation and exploration!

Embarking on a fresh venture, we have recently expanded our activities beyond our two themed restaurants in Paris to include the beautiful region of Burgundy. In 2005, we acquired a family home, returning to our roots and starting a new chapter after dedicating 30 years to the conservation profession in Paris. Specifically, we were involved with "Bourguignon du Marais," a restaurant we established in 1992, which is now under the ownership of Philip Lalot, ensuring the continuation of Burgundy's traditions, particularly in the selection of wines on our menu.

Today, following extensive renovations to enhance both the wine experience and the comfort of our new facilities, we warmly invite you to our estate for a delightful and immersive stay of discovery and pleasure.
