Experience a charming stay in our small, independent house boasting picturesque views of the canal and the Loire. Located in the beautiful Brionnais region of Saone-et-Loire, this cottage comfortably accommodates up to 5 people with 2 bedrooms.

On the ground floor, you will find a spacious living room with a fully equipped kitchen, a convenient laundry room, and a separate toilet. The first floor features three connecting rooms: one with a single bed and a double bed, another with a sofa bed, a cot, and a crib, and a third room with two single beds.

The cottage is well-equipped with modern amenities including a TV, washing machine, dishwasher, and microwave. Stay warm during colder months with electric heating and a cozy wood stove.

Outside, there is an enclosed green space with lush lawns, a barbecue area, garden furniture, a terrace, and games for children. Additionally, two garages are available for your convenience.
