Description:On the upper level, there is an elegant oak staircase leading to a spacious mezzanine where guests can unwind and relax. From the mezzanine, there are three bedrooms available: one double bedroom with the option of a travel cot or single bed, two twin bedded rooms with the option of a travel cot or single bed, and a room equipped with full-size bunk beds. Additionally, there is a shower room and another room containing a shower, toilet, and hand basin.
Moving downstairs, there is a convenient en-suite double bedroom with a walk-in shower, toilet, and hand basin, specifically designed for elderly and disabled guests. A separate toilet is also available on this level.
The kitchen and dining area are separated from the living room by beautiful oak beams. The fully fitted kitchen boasts modern amenities such as a dishwasher, washing machine, fridge, coffee maker, microwave, toaster, and electric cooker. The dining area features a large oak table that can comfortably accommodate up to 10 people. Guests are welcome to use these facilities to prepare their own meals.
The living room offers a cozy atmosphere with two leather sofas flanking a large wood-burning stove. Guests can relax, socialize with fellow guests, or enjoy some quiet time reading or watching TV.
The reception area houses a computer for guests' use, located on the Captain's Desk, providing Internet access via WIFI connection.
Outside, Les Noisettes boasts a well-maintained garden, perfect for children and energetic adults to play, while others can bask in the sun on the various outdoor furniture. Through the French doors in the living room, there is a tiled patio area, and to the side, a built-in BBQ, ideal for grilling burgers, fish, and steaks from the local shops. The front of the house also offers a spacious patio area to enjoy the afternoon and evening sunshine. Ample parking space is available for up to 4 vehicles, and caravans can be accommodated as well.
Les Noisettes caters to a wide range of guests, including singles, families, elderly individuals, and those with disabilities. Unfortunately, pets are not allowed, and smoking is prohibited inside the house.

To get to Les Noisettes, follow these directions:
1. Exit the A20 and onto the D36, heading towards Eguzon-Chantome.
2. Drive for approximately 3 miles until you reach the village of Argentieres.
3. Once in Argentieres, you will notice a sign located on the village green. Take a right turn at this sign, following the direction towards Les Noisettes.
4. After making the right turn, continue driving until you reach Bis Route Du Bois, which will be on your left.
5. Les Noisettes is located on Bis Route Du Bois, with coordinates Lat:46.44247035594932 and Long:1.5355110168457031.
