Cicadas is a charming house situated in the southern Ardèche region, between RUOMS and Vallon Pont D ARC, AUBENAS and vans. This incredible location is surrounded by the stunning gorges of Ardeche and is only 5km away from the holiday center in ROURET. The house, a former silk stone building, has been completely restored using old materials and transformed into comfortable cottages and independent studios. The decoration and furnishings are of the highest quality, offering a luxurious and comfortable stay.Whether you are seeking a peaceful retreat, the warmth of the sun, the fragrant smells of the surroundings, or a relaxing holiday away from the stresses of daily life, Cicadas is the perfect choice. The property can accommodate large groups, making it ideal for family reunions, friends' getaways, seminars, or training sessions.
Outside, there is a garden with furniture and a swimming pool available for rent.
The ground floor features the "EGLANTIER" cottage, which includes a kitchen, dining room, lounge, two bedrooms (with beds measuring 140x200 and 90x200 respectively), and a shower. There is also a terrace with garden furniture for guests to enjoy. Additionally, the "matured" studio has its own entrance, kitchen, dining area, lounge with a sofa bed measuring 160x200, and a shower. This studio also has its own terrace with garden furniture.
On the first floor, there is the "OLIVER" bedroom, which includes an entrance, hall, dining room, kitchen, and on the second floor, a landing, a bedroom with a bathroom, and beds measuring 140x200 and 90x200. This bedroom also has a terrace with garden furniture.
In the surrounding area, there are shops located 3km away, the city of RUOMS just 5km away, a cinema in RUOMS and a disco and bowling alley in Vallon Pont d'Arc. Guests can also enjoy activities such as bike and motorcycle rentals, hang gliding, paragliding, and golf (located 50km away in UZES). For those looking for a beach experience, the sea is only 100km away in PALAVAS. Other nearby attractions include Avignon (80km away, famous for its festival in July), horseback riding, tennis, canoeing, hunting, fishing, rock climbing, caving, mountain biking, hiking, pony and horse riding, and donkey treks. For a relaxing experience, guests can visit the spa and casino in VALS LES BAINS or explore the museums and classified villages in the vicinity. There are also various mechanical activities available, such as quad biking, karting, enduro, cross FMX, and rock climbing.
