This spacious detached house measures 100m² and can comfortably accommodate up to 4 guests across its two levels.On the ground floor, you will find a generously sized living room with a contemporary fireplace, connected to a well-equipped kitchen. Additionally, there is a bedroom with a double bed, a bathroom with a bathtub, and a separate toilet. The large windows in the living room provide ample natural light and offer stunning views of the garden in the south and west.
Moving up to the first floor, you will find a versatile space that can be used as a game room or office. Adjacent to this area is a large bedroom with two twin beds measuring 80 cm each.
The 3600m² walled garden is a lush oasis filled with beautiful vegetation such as mimosas, agapanthus, palms, bamboo, camellias, and of course, hydrangeas. It is a sanctuary for birds, who have made it their home.
For your convenience, the house is equipped with essential amenities such as a washing machine, dishwasher, oven, microwave, and various small appliances. Outside, you will find garden furniture, a barbecue, and electric heating to ensure your comfort.
