Experience a moderate climate all year round at our charming cottage. Whether it's spring, summer, autumn, or winter, you can enjoy our indoor heated and covered swimming pool. What could be better than the simple pleasure of swimming all year round for your happiness and comfort?The house has been beautifully restored, respecting the local architecture. Located near the medieval village of Saint-Cyprien, our cottage offers convenience and easy access to all facilities. Situated just a 2-minute walk away on a sunny and peaceful lane, you can take advantage of the village's tourist attractions, local markets, and a variety of shops and restaurants.
With a capacity of 2 to 7 guests, our cottage is tastefully decorated and offers high-quality amenities. It features 3 bedrooms, two bathrooms (en suite), a separate toilet, a cozy living room with a fireplace, and a fully-equipped kitchen with an American fridge, dishwasher, washer and dryer, microwaves, and a breakfast set including a coffee machine, toaster, citrus press, and kettle. Central heating ensures comfort throughout the year. Each room has independent access to the terrace.
We provide baby equipment such as a cot with linen, a high chair, a stroller, and a bathtub, as well as household linen including sheets, towels, and kitchen cloths. Please note that swimming pool towels are not provided.
Our indoor swimming pool is heated by Climabris and can be enjoyed throughout the year. The high shelter allows for adjustable opening thanks to its telescopic version. The side panels can be raised by hand, providing access along the entire length of the pool. Additionally, wide sliding doors with key locks are available. The pool measures 4x8m with a depth ranging from 1.1m to 1.8m and features a romantic staircase, a diving pit, and a counter-current swim feature. Children must be supervised at all times, and instructions for use and safety precautions are posted at the entrance of the pool. It is mandatory to shower before each use. The swimming pool is only shared during the low season.
Outside, you can relax on the terrace under a canopy with a garden lounge and barbecue. The garden, spanning 600m2, offers an adventure playground for children and parking space for two cars.
