Description for Gite
Guy Tournoud eagerly awaits the opportunity to welcome you as friends at The House of Fir. This traditional house exudes a strong connection to wood, symbolizing the importance it holds here. As you enter, you may notice the absence of actual trees, but in my imagination, the pine trees thrive within the walls of this cozy abode. The dining room is where you can indulge in a delightful traditional breakfast, featuring organic bread from Fournil the Gragnolet or the local village bakery. Accompanying this delicious spread are homemade jams and honey sourced from nearby beekeepers.
During the chilly spring evenings or the first frost of autumn, the living room offers a haven of warmth and comfort. Snuggle up near the crackling fire and let the soothing ambience lull you into a state of contentment.
Surrounding the house, a picturesque meadow awaits your enjoyment. Sip on a refreshing drink, engage in conversation, lose yourself in a captivating read, or simply take a peaceful nap under the shade of a tree.
