The B&B is conveniently located just a 10-minute walk from the city center of Ascoli. You can choose to take a leisurely stroll along the road or enjoy a scenic route through the Parco dell’Annunziata, which consists of 400 steps.

If you prefer to drive, it only takes 3 minutes to reach the Torricella covered parking lot. This parking facility is in close proximity to Piazza Arringo and offers a reasonable rate of only .60 euro per hour.

Ascoli Piceno is surrounded by breathtaking countryside and charming medieval villages. Throughout the year, there are various seasonal food festivals and numerous options for exciting excursions. If you enjoy outdoor activities, you can go skiing at Montagna dei Fiori and Forca Canapine, take a refreshing swim in the nearby Castellano river, or relax on the wide sandy beaches of Grottammare, San Benedetto, or Martinsicuro along the beautiful Adriatic coast.
