In one section of the farmhouse, you will find 5 bedrooms that each have their own independent access, providing utmost comfort and privacy. Among these bedrooms are 3 double rooms and 2 family rooms, each equipped with their own table and terrace. On the left side of the farmhouse, you will discover two inviting terraces, one of which is shaded by a lovely pergola. Additionally, there is a spacious dining room with a cozy fireplace where you can enjoy the extensive library and a variety of board games. Adjacent to the dining room is a small TV lounge that opens up to the kitchen. For ultimate relaxation, take advantage of the refreshing pool complete with massage jets, all while enjoying breathtaking views of the Tanargue mountain range. Indulge in an in-room massage provided by a certified practitioner or embark on scenic walks around the farmhouse. In the evenings, Thierry, our skilled chef, prepares delicious meals infused with Provencal or regional flavors, allowing you to savor the true essence of the area.

Located just 10 minutes away from Aubenas, the MAS Bourlenc is the perfect destination for a relaxing getaway with your family or friends. Surrounded by nature, you can unwind and enjoy the peaceful sounds of birds and cicadas during the summer. The property offers breathtaking views from every angle, providing a serene and private atmosphere.

The stunning stone farmhouse spans 230 square meters and has been beautifully restored and expanded by Thierry. The use of high-quality materials such as stone, wood, and lime gives the farmhouse a charming and authentic feel. Divided into two wings, the farmhouse offers separate but connected spaces for daytime and nighttime activities. This allows everyone to have their own personal space while still being able to enjoy each other's company.

On the left wing, you will find a small staircase leading to a large shaded terrace where you can dine under the arbor. From here, you can access a second open terrace that offers a 180-degree view of the surrounding nature. The spacious semi-professional kitchen with Provencal ceilings is equipped with everything you need to prepare delicious meals, including ample storage space, granite countertops, and top-of-the-line appliances. Adjacent to the kitchen is a cozy TV lounge that opens onto the terrace, as well as a convenient toilet.

The right wing is dedicated to the five bedrooms, each with its own terrace furnished with tables and chairs, perfect for relaxing and enjoying the view. The rooms are tastefully decorated and equipped with comfortable beds, wardrobes, tables, and chairs. The bathrooms are well-appointed and feature modern fixtures.

To cool off, take a dip in the saltwater swimming pool (9.5 x 4.5 meters) with two jacuzzi jets. The pool area also offers a beach with sun loungers, where you can admire the olive trees and panoramic views of the Cevennes.
