Green Room (Chambre Verte) - Suitable for up to three guests, the Green Room offers a cozy and inviting atmosphere. The room features a bright and airy living-bedroom with a wooden floor, green stucco walls, and a charming original beam ceiling. The spacious private bathroom boasts three showers and a separate toilet, adorned with beautiful white and terracotta mosaic tiling on both the walls and floor. Furnished with two comfortable single beds (80 cm x 210 cm), a table, and two chairs, the room also provides central heating for your comfort. An extra bed can be added upon request. Located in the main building next to the communal Salon Rouge (Red Room).Blue Room (Chambre Bleu) - Perfect for up to two guests, the Blue Room enchants with its tasteful decoration in blue tones. We offer a charming self-catering apartment and a cozy studio, both with lovely terraces and garden views. The apartment can accommodate up to 4 people and has a separate kitchen, while the studio is perfect for 2-3 guests and features a convenient kitchenette. Both accommodations are situated in a separate wing of the main building, ensuring privacy with their own private entrances.Decorated in a delightful Mediterranean style, the apartment boasts terracotta and mustard colored walls, as well as wooden floors. Inside, you will find a fully-equipped kitchen with a dining table and a comfortable sitting area. Adjacent to the kitchen, there is a spacious living/bedroom with two single beds and a private bathroom with a shower and toilet. The apartment also includes a veranda where you can relax and enjoy the beautiful garden view.
Upon your arrival, you will find the refrigerator stocked with essential groceries, and the beds will be freshly made with towels provided. For added convenience, there is a washer and dryer available upon request. Additionally, all the mentioned extras are already included in the price.
During your stay, you can make use of the garden furniture and barbecue facilities, perfect for enjoying outdoor meals. Free WIFI is available in the Salon Rouge.

Une masure de caractère, des arpents de verdure, un chouïa de zenitude, des hôtes bien sympatiques - tout ce qu'il faut pour passer un très agréable séjour.

septembre 2013, nous avons passé un très agréable séjour dans cette charmante fermette restaurée avec goût avec des hôtes fort sympathiques qui connaissent le coin et les bonnes adresses, ne pas hésiter à rencontrer Caroline et Charles dans ce coin calme et réconfortant du Gers, belle région à découvrir.
Directions
To reach Domaine A Marmande from Paris, follow signs for Bordeaux/Nantes. Continue following these signs until you reach the A10 highway. Once on the A10, follow signs for Orleans and stay on the A10 until you reach Orleans. At the intersection of different highways, keep following the signs for Orleans and Orleans Centre/Vierzon/Limoges, which will lead you onto the A71. After approximately 80 km (about 50 mi) around Vierzon, take the exit towards Limoges/Toulouse, which is the A20.
Continue on the A20 for about 400 km (about 250 mi) until you are near Montauban. At this point, exit the freeway at exit number 65, following the signs for Agen/Auch. Proceed straight at the next two roundabouts, taking the direction towards Agen/Auch/Tarbes. After approximately 700 m (1/2 mile), turn left at the traffic lights, following the direction towards Montech. This road is the D928, which you will continue on until you reach Auch.
In Auch, take the direction towards Tarbes, following the N21. Cross the water and turn left, following the direction towards Mirande. Continue following the signs for Tarbes/Mirande on the N21. Upon reaching Mirande, go left towards Tarbes, and then take a left towards Berdoues on the D939. In Berdoues, after passing a little square at the City Hall (Mairie), take a right. After approximately 500 m (1/4 mi), take a left at the intersection. After another 400 m (1/4 mi), take a right, which is the third driveway, and you have arrived at Domaine A Marmande.
The travel time from Toulouse Blagnac Airport to Domaine A Marmande is approximately 90 minutes by car.
