Situated on the outskirts of Pays d'Auge, amidst the historic battlegrounds of William the Conqueror, between Caen and Crèvecoeur en Auge, lies la Hurel, a charming estate offering accommodation in its five rooms, each adorned with 18th-century charm. Nestled in the picturesque Val es Dunes, la Hurel is one of the three farms that were once part of the Airan Castle. With the river Muance meandering alongside and two peaceful ponds, this enchanting location is a haven for nature enthusiasts and fishing aficionados, offering both breathtaking beauty and a serene atmosphere.

Directions

By car:
- If coming from Paris, take the A13 towards Rouen and Caen. Take the Beaumont en Auge-Saint Pierre sur Dives exit. Then, turn left and go back on the highway until you reach Bonnebosq. From there, continue straight until you reach the Saint Jean intersection at the roundabout. Take a right onto the RN13 towards Caen. Pass the Lion D'or and Croissanville. When you reach Pédouzes, turn left towards Airan. Upon reaching the church, turn right and then take the first left after the restaurant "Bon Vivant". Continue straight until you reach the stop sign. At the stop sign, turn left and immediately take a right onto secondary road 43 towards Fierville-Bray. The Hamlet of Coupigny is 1 km away, and we are located at number 30.

- If coming from Caen, take the RN-13 in the direction of Lisieux. At Vimont-A fire, turn right towards St Pierre sur Dives. Go straight through two roundabouts. Continue straight until you pass the railway line. Once you reach a place called "Valmeray", take road 43 on your right towards Fierville-Bray. We are located in the hamlet of Coupigny, number 30.
