Located in the tranquil and picturesque village of Le logis du petit tambour, this charming guest house, constructed in 1789, offers a serene escape on the stunning Opal Coast. Perfect for holidaymakers, hikers, travelers, and nature enthusiasts seeking countryside bliss and tranquility. Our establishment boasts five comfortable guest rooms, including a spacious family suite, conveniently positioned near the breathtaking destinations of Wissant, white caps, gray nose, Boulogne sur mer Nausicaa, Calais cité de la mode, Saint Omer with its majestic cathedral and captivating marshes, as well as the idyllic village of Saint Joseph. Premises Description: Our gite offers a total of 4 bedrooms, with one specially designed for individuals with reduced mobility. Additionally, we have a 3-star suite with its own private entrance, garden, and parking space. Each room is equipped with its own private shower room and toilet facilities. Directions
To get to the Petit Tambour Lodge from Calais, follow these directions:
1. Take the A16 motorway heading towards Sortie 46, Saint Omer/Ardres.
2. Once you reach Sortie 46, follow the signs for Ardres/Saint Omer on R.N. 43.
3. Along R.N. 43, you will pass through three villages: Les Attaques, Pont d'Ardres, and Bois en Ardres.
4. Continue on R.N. 43 until you reach the traffic lights in Ardres.
5. At the traffic lights, make a left turn and proceed to the junction at l'allée des tilleuls.
6. At the junction, turn right and follow the signs for Licques on the D224 road.
7. When you reach the gendarmerie in Ardres, take the D225 road towards Louches.
8. After traveling approximately one kilometer, you will arrive at Autingues.
9. The Petit Tambour Lodge is located just after the square on the same road, number 288. Look for a big white house with blue shutters.
