The Domaine de la Vautier Court is a charming, traditional Norman farmhouse that can accommodate 8 to 10 people and offers 3 delightful rooms. Situated in a peaceful countryside village in Mandeville en Bessin, this property is conveniently located near Bayeux (only a fifteen-minute drive) and the beautiful coastline (a mere 10 minutes away). Surrounded by a picturesque apple orchard and grazing sheep, the house and cottage have been renovated to showcase the local stone and architectural style, complemented by a tasteful and refined decor. The ground floor of the cottage features a spacious living room with a dining area that can comfortably accommodate up to 14 guests. The living room also includes a cozy lounge area equipped with a TV and DVD player, seamlessly connected to an open kitchen. Additionally, there is a convenient shower room and a separate WC on this level.Moving upstairs, you will find four charming bedrooms. The first bedroom, named "The Sea," is furnished with a double bed (140), a single bed (90), and a cot. The second bedroom, called "The Swamp," offers a double bed (140) and a single bed (90). The third bedroom, known as "The Forest," features a double bed (140). The fourth bedroom includes two single beds (90) that can be easily pushed together. Furthermore, there is a bathroom with a toilet on this floor.
Outside, guests can enjoy a lovely terrace furnished with comfortable garden furniture, parasols, and a barbecue, perfect for outdoor dining. There is also a garden shed available, equipped with deckchairs and various games for children. The cottage boasts a beautiful flower garden and provides a secure parking area away from the road. Overall, the cottage is particularly well-suited for families with children.
