Welcome to "Le Clos de la Bodice," a spacious gîte that can accommodate up to 12 guests, nestled in the enchanting region of the Loire Valley. This charming house is ideally located in close proximity to the famous châteaux of the Loire.Upon entering the gîte, you will be greeted by a generous living room spanning 65m², complete with a cozy fireplace and a round dining table that can comfortably seat 12 people. The fully equipped kitchen covers an area of 15m², providing ample space for preparing delicious meals. The gîte offers six bedrooms ranging from 10 to 18m², ensuring everyone has their own private retreat. With two bathrooms, two toilets, and underfloor heating throughout, we prioritize your comfort and convenience during your stay.
The gîte is surrounded by a beautiful 5000m² plot of land, boasting a refreshing 50m² swimming pool perfect for a dip on warm days. Additionally, there is a delightful 24m² arbor with a barbecue, allowing you to savor outdoor meals in a serene setting. Convenient parking facilities are also available.
Our rates include all the essentials to make your stay enjoyable: bed linen, towels, heating, firewood, and electricity. However, there is a mandatory cleaning fee of €95 to ensure the gîte remains pristine for future guests.
Escape to "Le Clos de la Bodice" with your family or friends for an unforgettable holiday in the Loire Valley. Please note that weekend stays are available from September to March.
