Welcome to our charming accommodation! This cottage offers a spacious bedroom with a comfortable double bed, a large living room furnished with a cozy lounge and dining table, and a well-equipped kitchen. The bathroom features a shower, and there is a separate toilet for your convenience.

Situated on the lower level of a carefully renovated old water mill, this cottage boasts two terraces, one facing south and the other facing west on stilts. The natural surroundings are truly delightful, and the owner has provided a designated area in the garden for you to relax in the lush greenery. Parking is available on the grounds near the house.

Nestled in a tranquil natural setting, this accommodation is also conveniently located near the center of our small town, which houses a variety of shops just a 5-minute walk away. The town is bordered by a picturesque lake that serves as a reservoir for a series of historic tannery mills, including ours. Here, you can enjoy water activities, fishing, and even a 25-meter swimming pool. Additionally, hiking trails start right in front of the house, offering you the opportunity to explore the beautiful surroundings.

Directions

The Triskel Bertaud eco-cottage is conveniently located between Rennes and Nantes (N137) and Vitre-Redon. Here are the travel directions:

- It is a 20-minute drive from the southern entrance to Rennes, which is approximately 30 kilometers away.
- If coming from the north of Nantes or Vitre, it will take around 50 minutes to reach the cottage. The distance from Nantes is about 75 kilometers and from Vitre is approximately 55 kilometers.
- Redon and La Gacilly are about 40 kilometers away and can be reached in around 40 minutes.
- If you are traveling from Saint-Malo, it will take approximately 1 hour to cover the distance of 100 kilometers.
- The famous Mont Saint-Michel is around 120 kilometers away and can be reached in about 1 hour and 20 minutes.

If you prefer public transportation, here are the options:

- By train, you can take the TGV to Rennes, which takes around 20 minutes. From there, you can take a TER train to the Messac-Guipry station, which is only 10 minutes away from the eco-cottage.
- If you prefer flying, Rennes (Saint-Jacques-de-la-Lande) airport is approximately 25 minutes away, and Nantes Atlantique Airport is about 55 minutes away.

For those who enjoy cycling or walking, there are walking paths and mountain bike/hybrid routes near the house, providing an alternative means of reaching the eco-cottage.

To access the Triskel Bertaud eco-cottage from the town center, follow these directions:
- Take the D3772 road towards RERC-EN-LAMEE and the Bain de Bretagne pond (east).
- After crossing a bridge (with the pond on your right), take the first left onto Quarries/Bertaud road.
- Continue for a short distance until you see the "Bertaud" sign. The eco-cottage will be on your left. Welcome!
