Charming 40m2 two-level house located in the historic fortified village of Berre Alps, offering a tranquil and peaceful atmosphere. With its elevated position at 700m above sea level, the house boasts breathtaking mountain views. Situated between the vibrant cities of Nice and Menton, only 20km away, and conveniently close to the renowned Parc du Mercantour.The first level of the house features a cozy bedroom with a double bed and an attached shower room. Moving up to the second level, you will find a well-equipped kitchen, a comfortable sofa bed, and a charming fireside seating area. Entertainment options include a TV, DVD player, and HiFi system. Additionally, the independent 25m2 balcony-cave provides a unique and atmospheric space.
The weekly rental price ranges from 250 to 390 euros, and linen is provided at no extra cost. We also welcome dogs.

Directions
To reach the destination, follow these travel directions: From CONTACT, take Exit A8. At the second traffic light, turn left and continue on the highway towards TALES/SOSPEL for approximately 9 kilometers. At the end of the highway, at the last roundabout, turn right towards The ESCARENE/BERRE THE ALPS on Highway 2204. Continue on this road for 6.5 kilometers in the direction of ESCARENE until you reach "LOC NICE." At "COL NICE," turn left onto R&D Management 215 and proceed for 3 kilometers towards Berre Les Alpes. Look for the sign indicating the "path Meingarde" and turn right onto the "Way of Meingarde" (a dead end road). Follow the sign and continue to the end of the road. Turn left at the square and the destination, the first house on the right with a black wrought iron gate, will be reached.
