Guests can also enjoy a shared living room with a cozy fireplace, a high-quality sound system, a television, and a DVD player. Take in the fresh mountain air on our terrace, complete with a barbecue and comfortable outdoor furniture. Parking is available on-site. Situated between the sea and the mountains, it is conveniently located just 20km from Nice, and within close proximity to Cannes, Monaco, and the Mercantour National Park. The cottage features a large terrace with a barbecue and outdoor furniture, as well as parking. The stunning American kitchen is fully equipped with a dishwasher, washing machine, refrigerator, freezer, microwave, and oven. The living room is equipped with a TV, DVD player, HI-FI system, and a cozy wood stove. There is also a sofa bed for additional sleeping space. Upstairs, the spacious mezzanine offers a comfortable double bed. This cottage is ideal for nature lovers, those who enjoy hiking, and enthusiasts of medieval villages. To get to your destination, please follow these revised travel directions:
Start by taking Exit A8 and head towards No. 55 in NICE. At the second traffic light, make a left turn. Continue on this road and follow the signs for the TALES / SOSPEL highway. Drive on the highway for approximately 9 kilometers until you reach the end.
At the last roundabout, take a right turn and follow the signs for The ESCARENE / BERRE THE ALPS on Highway 2204. Continue driving for 6.5 kilometers in the direction of ESCARENE until you see the sign for "LOC NICE". At this point, turn left onto R & D Management 215 and follow the road towards Berre Les Alpes for 3 kilometers.
Once you reach the "path Meingarde", turn left onto the "Way of Meingarde" (dead end). Follow the signs and drive until you reach the end of the road. At the square, make a left turn and the first house on your right will have a black wrought iron gate.
