Situated on a sprawling estate, the Moulin de Saint-Germain is ideally positioned near a picturesque trout stream and bordering a serene forest. The Miller's Cottage, a charming detached house adjacent to a barn, is nestled within the historic miller's residence, facing the landlord's mill. Spread across two floors, the ground floor boasts a fully equipped kitchen that seamlessly transitions into a welcoming living area. Ascend to the first floor to discover a cozy bedroom furnished with two 120cm beds and a spacious bathroom complete with a toilet. On the second floor, there awaits another bedroom with a 140cm bed, a 120cm bed, and a 90cm bed. The cottage offers both electric heating and wood-burning options (wood available for an additional cost of 35 euros per cubic meter). A vast open garden extends along the riverbanks, though caution is advised as it is unprotected. Parking facilities are available for guests' convenience. Additionally, we present a smaller 35m2 cottage suitable for 2 to 3 individuals. Located on the first floor of the adjoining barn, this cozy abode features a generously-sized room furnished with a comfortable 160cm bed. The ground floor houses an open kitchenette tucked into a small room (complete with a TV), a single 90cm bed, and a bathroom with a toilet. Opposite the cottages, a separate guest house awaits, featuring its own bathroom, toilet, and a tastefully furnished living room reminiscent of the old Mill Bread Oven.Reviews
