We offer the rental of guest rooms with breakfast included. There are 4 beautifully furnished rooms, each with air conditioning and a private bathroom. The rooms include the Marans Room with a 180cm bed, the Faverolles Room with a 140cm bed, the Gâtinaise Room with a 180cm bed, and the Wyandotte Family Room with a 180cm bed and 2 90cm beds.

All of our guest rooms are equipped with a hairdryer, toiletries, towels, and WIFI access. If requested during booking, individual beds can be arranged for all rooms except the Faverolles Room. Additionally, we provide a complimentary baby cot upon request.

Outside, our guests have access to an enclosed courtyard with garden furniture and a barbecue. Charcoal for the barbecue is available, but guests should provide their own bag.

A tourist tax of 0.88 per person per day is required.

Check-in time is from 5 p.m. and check-out time is before 10:30 a.m.

Continental breakfast is included in the room rate. For an additional fee of 30, guests can reserve a charcuterie/cheese board for two people. Please notify us at least 2 days in advance if you would like to make a reservation.

We happily welcome calm and clean pets at no extra charge.

COTTAGE RENTAL FOR 10 PEOPLE

This spacious cottage can accommodate up to 10 people and offers a comfortable stay. The large living room, measuring 60 m2, features a fully equipped kitchen with a fridge, microwave, oven, stove, washing machine, and dishwasher. We also provide various documents to help you explore our beautiful region.

Upstairs, you will find four beautifully furnished air-conditioned bedrooms, each with its own private bathroom. The bedrooms include the Marans Room, Faverolles Room, Gâtinaise Room, and Wyandotte Room.

"LaKey des Champs" can accommodate 10 people, with three bedrooms for two people and one bedroom for four people. If you prefer individual beds, please let us know when making your reservation (except for the Faverolles room). Additionally, we offer a baby cot free of charge.

Outside, our guests have access to an enclosed courtyard with garden furniture and a barbecue (charcoal provided). It's the perfect place to relax and enjoy outdoor meals.

The price of your stay includes bed linen, cleaning services, and electricity consumption of up to 8kWh per day. Please note that there is a tourist tax of 1.65 euros per person per day. Towels are available upon request for an additional fee of 5 euros per person.

For heating, a pellet stove is provided, with one bag included per night. In case of overconsumption, additional bags can be purchased for 6 euros each.

Check-in is from 4 p.m. and check-out is before 10 a.m. If you wish to have a late departure until 6 p.m., please request it in advance so we can accommodate your needs.

We warmly welcome well-behaved and clean pets. A supplement of 5 euros per animal per day will be charged for their stay.

Accueil chaleureux des propriétaires. Nous avons passé un week-end agréable, proche de Beaune. Accès facile et nuit au calme malgré la proximité de la route.

Directions

If you are coming from either Paris or Lyon, take the Beaune center exit and at the first roundabout, turn right. Continue straight and at the second roundabout, turn right again. Drive for about 6 km on the D973. Look for the 70 km/h sign, and once you pass it, you will find the second house on the left.

If you are coming from Seurre, simply stay on the D973. Look for the 70 km/h sign, and right after the intersection, you will find the first house on the right.
