The Margotičre is a charming Breton house that offers a comfortable and independent stay. With a spacious area of 70 m2 and a lovely garden measuring 700 m2, it is conveniently located near the Ria dEtel.Ideal for 4 people, with an additional bed available for children, the house features a well-furnished ground floor. The cozy lounge is equipped with a sofa and a dining table, perfect for relaxation and meals. The kitchen is fully equipped and ready for use. There is also a separate bathroom and toilet, as well as storage space.
Upstairs, you will find two bedrooms. One bedroom is furnished with a 140 x 190 cm bed, while the other has two beds measuring 90 x 190 cm each.
Whether you are planning a short overnight stay or a longer week-long vacation, the Margotičre ensures complete independence. For your convenience, we provide breakfast essentials such as coffee, tea, orange juice, jam, and butter. Additionally, all linen is provided and the beds will be prepared for your arrival.
The house is equipped with brand new kitchen appliances, a washing machine, and a TV. The rest is up to you, as you enjoy your stay without any time constraints.
