This split level apartment comfortably accommodates two adults and one child, with the option to add a rollaway bed or baby cot. Sheets and bath towels are provided, even for weekly rentals.

For an additional fee, breakfast can be served either inside or on the shaded terrace overlooking the pool. Guests also have free access to the pool.

Directions

To find us, follow these directions:
1. Exit the (A8) motorway at exit N° 31 Cuques/Val Saint André.
2. Take the final exit off the roundabout onto Avenue Malcrida and continue driving along Gambetta boulevard, passing two roundabouts.
3. At the end of Gambetta boulevard, turn right onto Carnot boulevard.
4. After the third set of traffic lights, make a right turn onto Cours des Arts et Métiers, following Pont de Béraud.
5. At the end of Arts et Métiers, turn right onto Avenue Fontenaille.
6. Proceed past the Intermarché supermarket on your left and at the first set of lights, turn right onto Traverse Baret.
7. Our address, 52 Traverse Baret, is a house named Le Palmier. It is located at the end of a cul-de-sac and can be identified by a dark grey gate.
