Additionally, the villa includes 5 separate toilets for your convenience.Spanning an area of 240 square meters, the villa is fully air-conditioned and equipped with an alarm system for your peace of mind. The generous living room, measuring 63 m², features a cozy fireplace and is equipped with a large screen satellite TV, VCR, DVD player, and hi-fi system. The well-appointed kitchen, designed in a Provencal style, is complete with modern amenities including an American fridge, oven, microwave, stove, and dishwasher. It also leads to a covered terrace, measuring 40 m², which features an outdoor kitchen with a barbecue, perfect for entertaining friends and family.
