Situated on a farm within the Parc Naturel Scarpe-Escaut, the three guest rooms are located on the upper floor of the owners' house. Room 1 features a comfortable double bed, while Bedroom 2 offers two single beds. Bedroom 3 is equipped with a queen-size bed and an additional single bed, should you require it. Each room has its own sink, shower, and toilet facilities, and a cot for children up to two years old is available upon request. Guests can also enjoy the shared terrace, perfect for relaxing and taking in the peaceful surroundings.
The location is ideal for exploring the region, with the Black Faces Greenway nearby and various attractions within easy reach. The train station is just 15 km away, and there are shops within 2 km of the property. Escape to the countryside and stay at Marie-Paule, Albert, and Lawrence's charming gite. Located near Mount Peruwelz and just 18 km from Valenciennes, you'll feel like you're almost in Belgium! Immerse yourself in the rich art and history of this region, where a remarkable heritage and prestigious artists have left their mark, creating a truly beautiful landscape.Situated on a working farm with cows, poultry, and a variety of crops, this 60 sqm cottage is adjacent to another accommodation in the scenic Scarpe-Escaut Natural Park. The ground floor features a cozy living area and a well-equipped kitchen. There is a bedroom with two 90 cm beds and a toilet on this level. Upstairs, you'll find another bedroom with a comfortable 140 cm bed and a bathroom. A cot can be provided upon request. Amenities include a washing machine, microwave, fridge-freezer, and TV. Linens are available for hire, and housekeeping services can be arranged. Please note that there is no phone in the cottage, but a cabin is located 2.5 km away.
The cottage is heated with electric heating and is well-insulated for your comfort. Charges are included in the rental price. Step outside onto your private 9 sqm terrace and enjoy the peaceful surroundings. The cottage also has a spacious 564 sqm plot of land for you to explore. Garden furniture and a barbecue are provided for your convenience. Children will love the swing and slide, and there is a shared tennis court for some friendly competition.
