Description for B&B:
La Villa Celine is conveniently located on the D613 in the heart of St. Laurent de la Cabrerisse. This charming bed and breakfast, named after Madame Celine Anna Peron and constructed in the late 19th century, is easily recognizable. Upon entering the ground floor, guests are welcomed by a delightful porch with stunning stained glass doors that lead into a spacious hallway. To the right, a comfortable twin bedroom awaits, complete with a modern en-suite. On the left side of the hallway, guests will find the breakfast room, featuring original stained glass French doors that open onto a terrace and the beautiful rear garden. The remainder of the ground floor is dedicated to the kitchen and a secure room for guest luggage.A graceful staircase takes visitors to the first floor landing, where three additional guest bedrooms are located. Two of these bedrooms are situated at the front of the house, while one is at the rear. Each of these double bedrooms is generously sized and can accommodate two additional single beds if needed. All bedrooms boast their own en-suite facilities and retain many of their original features, adding a touch of character to the accommodations. The expansive walled garden at the back of the property provides ample parking space for three cars, without obstructing the views of the swimming pool.
La Villa Celine is ideally situated to take advantage of the numerous amenities offered in St. Laurent. Whether you are planning a short getaway or an annual vacation, this bed and breakfast is the perfect base. Additionally, the quaint village of Lagrasse is a mere 11.5 kilometers away, and the renowned Michelin 3-star restaurant, Auberge du Vieux Puits, is just 13 kilometers from Villa Celine. Other attractions within a reasonable distance include Abbaye de Fontfroide (19 kilometers), the animal reserve at Sigean (23 kilometers), and the city of Narbonne (30 kilometers).
