Enjoy a stay in our charming guest apartment situated on the Vertou side of Nantes, just a 10-minute drive from downtown. With direct access to the "busway" and only 5 minutes away from the Congress Center, our location is perfect for both business and leisure travelers.Nestled along the banks of the Sevre Nantes, in the picturesque commune of Vertou (near Beautour Nantes), our loft apartment offers a spacious and comfortable living space of 45m2. It features two cozy bedrooms, a well-equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, and a bathroom with a toilet. We provide bed linen, towels, and essential amenities such as salt, pepper, oil, vinegar, dish soap, towels, a microwave, a coffee maker, shower gel, shampoo, a hairdryer, a TV, and internet access. Additionally, a delicious breakfast is included in your stay.
For your convenience, we offer dinner upon request for a small fee of 12 euros. Car parking is available, and we also provide bicycles for you to explore the area at your own pace. Relax in our beautiful garden and enjoy a tranquil getaway.
