Located just 500m away from all shops, this property offers the perfect blend of convenience and nature. Within the village, you'll find a stadium with tennis courts, a playground for children, a rugby field, and even an equestrian center. If relaxation is what you seek, there's also a spa in Dax just 20km away, as well as a golf course in Saliès de Béarn at a distance of 18km. For those looking to take a dip, there are pools just 8km away, and nearby lakes and rivers for fishing and swimming activities.

In terms of amenities, we offer free private closed parking and storage space for bicycles. You can also enjoy our outdoor spaces, which include two garden tables with comfortable furniture and a relaxation area complete with a barbecue. Other conveniences include a washing machine, free WiFi access, and the acceptance of pets (with a supplement). We also provide a baby kit and an extra bed, both available for an additional fee.

From October to May, or depending on the temperature, there is a charge of 5 euros per night for heating. Please note that bed linens and towels are not included, but can be rented on-site.

Inside, you'll find a fully equipped kitchen with utensils for 4 to 5 people, a 4-burner stove, an oven, a microwave, a coffee maker, a kettle, a toaster, and a fridge/freezer. For entertainment, there's a flat screen TV, board games, and a small library.

Conveniently located at the crossroads of the Landes, Chalosse, and Pyrenees-Atlantic Béarn, this property is easily accessible via the highway, just 10km away. Simply take the exit for Habas and follow the directions to Pouillon War memorials.
