Come and experience the tranquility of our charming cottages nestled in the peaceful Catalan village of Ortaffa, just a stone's throw away from the bustling town of Collioure. With approximately 1200 inhabitants, this picturesque village is conveniently located 15 km from Perpignan, a mere 10 minutes from Argelés beach, and a short 15-minute drive from the enchanting town of Collioure. This Catalan region is a true haven, offering the best of both worlds with its close proximity to the Mediterranean Sea and the majestic Pyrenees mountains, allowing easy access to the wonders of nature. Wake up each morning to the breathtaking beauty of Canigou. Indulge in the flavors of Catalan cuisine as we delightfully serve dinner every night for €22 per adult, €15 for children aged 9 to 12, and €10 for children aged 4 to 8.

Description for Gite

Welcome to the Mas des Palmiers, where we offer two comfortable cottages for 2 to 5 people. These air-conditioned accommodations are conveniently located on one level and have their own private entrance for your convenience.

Inside, you will find a sofa that can be converted into a bed, measuring 140 x 190. The bed base is supported by 2/3 slats and 1/3 elastic straps, while the mattress is 14 cm thick and made of polyurethane for a comfortable night's sleep.

During your stay, you have access to our refreshing swimming pool, complete with comfortable deck chairs. Additionally, we provide garden furniture so you can enjoy your meals under the shade of the trees, right next to the pool. The entire site is peaceful and shaded, creating a tranquil atmosphere for your relaxation. Furthermore, our parking lot is closed for added security.

Gite 1 is a spacious 31 m2 cottage that features two rooms and a private terrace overlooking the garden. Inside, you will find a cozy living room with a kitchenette equipped with an electric hob, oven, microwave, fridge, and television. The sofa bed in the living room can accommodate two additional guests. The cottage also includes a bedroom with a double bed measuring 140cm and a single bed measuring 90cm. The bathroom is equipped with a sink, shower cubicle, and WC.

Gite 2 is a charming 29 m2 cottage that also consists of two rooms and a private terrace. The living room features a kitchenette with an electric hob, oven/microwave, fridge, and television. Similar to Gite 1, the sofa bed in the living room can accommodate two people. The bedroom includes a comfortable double bed measuring 140cm. The bathroom offers a sink, shower cubicle, and WC.

Both cottages come with linens provided and the option of cleaning at the end of your stay for an additional fee of 25 euros. There is no tourist tax, and we require a 30% reservation deposit, with the remaining balance due upon arrival. We accept holiday checks as a form of payment, but please note that pets are not allowed.

Check-in time is between 5 p.m. and 7 p.m., while check-out is from 9 a.m. to 10:30 a.m. maximum. Additionally, we offer a shared washing machine for a small fee of 3 euros, which includes washing products.
