This renovated 48m2 guard house provides comfort and all necessary amenities, including a living room, dining room with kitchen, and a bathroom. The house features a room with a 140 bed and another room with two 90 beds. Guests can enjoy outdoor activities such as barbecuing and relaxing on the garden furniture. The lodges and guest house are equipped with central heating using a biomass wood chip network.The property also offers various nature activities, including a heated swimming pool and a tennis court along the Loir River. Fishing enthusiasts can indulge in river fishing in the Loir River, which is classified as a second category river. The island is recognized as a fishing house and features two private islands, sluicing games, a spillway, and a source, making it a beloved destination for fishing enthusiasts. Fishing is exclusively reserved for guests staying at the holiday cottages.
