Le Clos des Noyers is a charming residence located in the heart of Combronde, a small town in the Auvergne region. This nineteenth-century mansion showcases the region's iconic Volvic stonework and has maintained its original period decor. With its high molded ceilings, marble fireplaces, and exquisite oak paneling in the reception rooms, the mansion exudes a timeless elegance.As you enter the grand entrance hall, you will be greeted by a stunning trompe l'oeil painted ceiling and silkscreened glass panes. The lounge, equipped with a TV and library, is the perfect place to unwind and relax. Enjoy a delicious breakfast in the dining room, the spacious kitchen, or on the sunny south terrace.
Ascending the magnificent Volvic stone staircase, you will find the guest rooms on the upper floor. Choose from three tastefully decorated double bedrooms or opt for the spacious "The Combrailles" suite. These rooms offer a peaceful and comfortable retreat, inspired by the picturesque Auvergne countryside.
Surrounded by walls, the property maintains a sense of privacy and intimacy. At the front of the house, a spacious south-facing terrace invites you to soak up the sun, while a charming French garden provides a serene escape. Behind the mansion lies a medieval-style garden adorned with colorful flowers and a square of fragrant herbs. Further on, you will discover a sprawling park filled with majestic trees such as cedar, pine, chestnut, redwood, and charm, along with an orchard boasting apple, pear, cherry, and grape trees.

Parking is available in our courtyard, which is secure with a gate (you will be provided with a badge). Additionally, we have a barn where you can safely park your bikes.
