The fully equipped kitchen boasts modern appliances such as a hob, fridge freezer, oven, microwave oven, coffee maker, kettle, toaster, as well as an array of dishes and utensils. The cozy living room is furnished with a comfortable sofa, coffee table, and a television, providing a perfect spot to relax and unwind. The dining area offers a pleasant space for enjoying meals together.
The bedroom features a comfortable 160 bed, ensuring a good night's sleep. The bathroom is equipped with a spacious Italian shower, basin, and a hairdryer for your convenience. Additionally, there is a separate toilet.
For those who appreciate outdoor living, Annex 43 provides access to a terrace and a garden complete with garden furniture and deckchairs. A plancha is also available for those who enjoy outdoor cooking. Furthermore, a parking space is provided for your convenience, along with access to wifi.

gîte accueillant, propre et bien équipé
Séjour en août 2016. Très bon accueil des propriétaires, gîte pratique (linge, meubles, vaisselle) et décoration agréable ! Seul bémol : la chambre avec vélux reste chaude la nuit (moustiques). Solution : dormir dans canapé du RdCh :-)

C'est toujours un plaisir de revenir, surtout pour l'excellent accueil de Serge & Franck. propreté des lieux & calme sont 2 atouts pour se reposer et il y en a d'autres.
